PORTUGAL is becoming a popular nearshore destination for leading European companies driving the overall Portugal outsourcing market value to $781 M in 2021. Multinationals like Nokia, Siemens, Microsoft, Google, SAP, and Accenture already successfully operate their nearshore offices in Portugal.

The major factor driving Europe to expand to Portugal is the convenient time zone – Portugal is in the same time zone as the UK and Ireland.

POLAND  is especially ideal because of its advantageous location and stable economy. 

The Polish economy is highly specialized, with a tech talent pool of over 250,000 and about 78,000 tech graduates each year and a high number of programmers with mastery of front-end, server-side management, APIs and Big Data.

ROMANIA  has shown incredible growth in various sectors, which further boosted its credibility as an outsourcing destination. 

The 2021 ranked in the 32nd position regarding best locations for outsourcing. Their GPD has grown almost 5.88% in 2021, and an impressive 6.4% in 2022.  

The software industry in Romania is expected to reach a turnover of 9 billion euros in 2025.
