With a team of developers, UX designers, QA specialists, DevOps engineers, and data scientists — they collaborate with clients worldwide to deliver scalable and future-ready software solutions.


Ready to expand to Germany & DACH region, we are looking for a Country Manager / Head of Sales to lead the charge.

What you'll be driving

  • Team Building: You’ll be growing your team. Lay the foundations for a local sales team as you grow the region’s success story.

  • Consultative Sales Pro: You’re fluent in value-based selling, engaging both C-level and technical stakeholders.

  • Solution-Focused Leader: Skilled at shaping complex deals, aligning client needs with Agile delivery models.
  • Business Builder: Proven track record in launching markets or segments within tech consulting or software services—winning trust without relying on big-brand leverage.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English, confident in boardrooms and technical discussions alike.

Your experience

  •  7–10+ years in B2B sales of complex tech services (software development, IT consulting, product engineering).
  • Proven experience in software services or IT consulting sales, especially in complex solution selling for Digital Transformation and Product/Software Engineering.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new logos and managing large-scale client engagements in the DACH region.Success in securing new enterprise clients across Germany/DACH.
  • Expertise in digital product lifecycles, nearshoring, and modern engineering practices.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ambition to grow a regional business unit.
